Account Deletion
You can delete your Blue Route account and all associated data directly in the app:
- Open the Blue Route app.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account".
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, walk history, photos, submissions, quiz attempts, and notification data. It cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you can't use the in-app option, request deletion by email:

Subject: Account deletion request
Include: the email address linked to your Blue Route account.
We will process your request and confirm within 30 days.
